4. Eligibility
You may use the website at any age. To install the Praxia app, the Google Play Store age rating is 13+. To enrol in a paid training programme, you must be 18 years or older, or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Your account and your responsibility for it
Some features (course enrolment, future Praxia online services) may require an account. You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you provide.
- The confidentiality of your credentials.
- All activity on your account.
Notify us immediately at support@edusharktraining.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website, the Praxia app, or our programmes to:
- Break the law of any country in which you use the service.
- Harass, threaten or impersonate another person.
- Generate, request or share content that is sexual, violent against children, or otherwise prohibited by the Google Play Developer Programme Policies.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or AI model weights of the app, except to the limited extent permitted by law.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach security or authentication measures.
- Use automated means to extract content from the website or app without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate this section.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, course materials, the Praxia application’s code, and the printable workbook (“EDUSHARK Materials”) — is owned by or licensed to EDUSHARK TRAINING LLP and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Use the website for personal, non-commercial reference.
- Use the Praxia app on devices you own or control.
- Print one copy of the workbook for your own study, if you are an enrolled student.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the EDUSHARK Materials without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks (including Google, Gemma, Android, Hugging Face) belong to their respective owners.
8. AI-generated content
The Praxia app and some EDUSHARK Materials use Google’s Gemma 4 model and may use other AI systems. Output from these systems is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You should:
- Verify AI-generated output against authoritative sources before relying on it.
- Never use AI-generated output as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, safety or psychological advice.
- Take responsibility for how you use the output. You retain ownership of the prompts you write; outputs are subject to the licence terms of the underlying model provider.
EDUSHARK does not guarantee that AI features will be available, fast, free, or that they will produce specific results.
9. Payments, refunds and cancellations
The Praxia app is free to download. The website is free to read.
Paid training programmes (such as the 12-week Applied Data Analytics programme) are governed by a separate written enrolment agreement that takes precedence over these general terms. That agreement covers fees, payment schedule, cancellation and refund policy.
If you have not signed a separate enrolment agreement, the following default applies for any payment made directly through our website or by bank transfer:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the payment date and before the start of the second week of the programme.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
10. Disclaimers
The website, the Praxia app and the EDUSHARK Materials are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, employment outcome, exam result or income from using our services. Career success depends on many factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- EDUSHARK, its partners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website, the Praxia app or the EDUSHARK Materials is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is higher.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold EDUSHARK harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
You may stop using the website or uninstall the Praxia app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if continuing the service would be impractical for us. On termination, the licences granted in section 7 end immediately; the rest of these terms survive to the extent needed.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted on this page. If the change is material, we will highlight it on the homepage. Continuing to use the services after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your local jurisdiction.
Before starting legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by writing to us at info@edusharktraining.com with a clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. We will respond within 30 days.
