Learn anything. On your phone. In your language.
Type any subject you want to learn. Praxia plans the units, writes the lessons, generates the questions, and drops them into the same XP, streaks and hearts system that makes you actually come back tomorrow. Powered by Google’s Gemma 4.
“I typed ‘SQL window functions’ on the bus ride home. By the time I got to my stop, Praxia had a full course ready with three units and twelve lessons. It even gave me a quiz on the OVER and PARTITION BY clauses.”
— Backend engineer, Cape Town
Three ways in
Whatever shape your curiosity arrives in, Praxia has a door for it.
Type a topic
Tell Praxia what you want to learn. SQL window functions, mediaeval history, threshold cryptography, basic accounting, anything. Gemma 4 plans the course and writes the lessons in a couple of minutes.
Ask Byte, the tutor
Stuck on a question or want a different explanation? Byte answers in plain language with inline code, in your language of choice, with the lesson context loaded in.
Snap a problem
Photograph a textbook page or a handwritten problem. Praxia reads it and either explains it or routes you to the matching lesson in your active course.
Who Praxia is for
Real people, real moments, real reasons to open the app.
Nursing student in rural Kenya
Patchy 3G, second-hand Android. Types “cardiac arrhythmia basics” on the bus to clinic. Reads two lessons offline, retains a quiz, gets a streak.
Bricklayer in Mumbai, learning English
Twenty minutes between site visits. Conversational English lessons in Hindi explanations. Hearts system means he can’t binge himself out of progress.
Homeschooling parent in West Virginia
Builds a one-week unit on photosynthesis on Sunday night. Saves it as a course. Pulls it up on the iPad for the kids on Monday morning.
Statistics student in Houston
Three days before an exam. Generates a course on hypothesis testing tailored to the textbook chapters she actually needs. Quiz-driven, no fluff.
Backend engineer in Cape Town
Doesn’t want a 40-hour Udemy course. Wants window functions and frame clauses in 90 minutes flat. Praxia builds exactly that.
Civics teacher in Mumbai
Prototypes a lesson plan on the Indian Constitution’s fundamental rights. Edits the generated lessons and reuses them with her class next week.
Home cook in Portland
Curious about fermentation. Types it. Gets the science, the safety, the techniques, in lesson-sized chunks she can do over a weekend.
Retired electrician in São Paulo
Wants to learn music theory at his own pace. Praxia in Portuguese, no instructor pressure, every lesson under five minutes.
Gamification that makes you actually come back
Knowledge sticks when habits stick. Praxia’s game loop borrows the bits that work from Duolingo, Khan Academy and your favourite mobile RPG, then tunes them for adult learners.
XP & Levels
Earn XP for every lesson and quiz. Level up automatically at every 100 XP. No reset, no decay.
Daily Streaks
One lesson a day keeps the streak alive. Skip a day and it resets — gently, with a nudge from Byte.
Hearts & Refill
Five hearts. Lose one for a wrong answer. Refill over four hours so you can’t binge yourself out of progress.
Achievements
Twelve unlockable milestones from “First Lesson” to “Course Builder” to “Polyglot” for learning across languages.
How a learner experiences it
Four taps from idea to first lesson.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Praxia cost?
The Praxia app is free to download and use. The core built-in courses (Python, Data Analytics) and the gamification are entirely free. Some AI-generated features may use a cloud backend that requires an API key you configure yourself, or you can run Gemma 4 fully on-device with no key.
Does Praxia work offline?
The built-in lessons work fully offline once installed. The AI-generated course builder can run on-device if your phone is configured with the Gemma 4 on-device build; otherwise it uses a cloud backend that needs an internet connection.
Which subjects can Praxia teach?
Anything Gemma 4 can describe in text or images. The team has live-tested topics ranging from SQL to mediaeval history to photosynthesis. Subjects that need physical practice (a violin technique, a specific lab protocol) are best supplemented with a human teacher.
Is my data safe?
Your name, XP, streak, hearts and lesson history are stored locally on your device in private app storage. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are included. AI features may send your prompt text or selected image to the configured AI backend; you can disable those features at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete my data?
From inside the app: Profile tab → Settings → Delete my data. From outside the app: uninstall Praxia from your phone. See the Data Deletion page for the details Play Store requires.
Where can I get help if I’m stuck?
Visit the Praxia Support page, or email support@edusharktraining.com. We aim to reply within two working days.
Who builds Praxia?
Praxia is built by EDUSHARK TRAINING LLP, the team behind EDUSHARK’s 12-week Applied Data Analytics programme. Praxia is the next-generation evolution of our existing EDUSHARK Academy Android app.
